In some cases, in order to correct breast size and shape, it is necessary to unite two procedures, which can be done simultaneously. The first part of the surgery is to elevate the breasts, after which implants are installed. 

Since there is only one surgery, convalescence is faster and there is no need for a second surgery which would stress the body once more.
